OHHMYYGAWDDDDDDDDD!! i cannot believe the holidays are over and that i have to go back to uitm (a.k.a KOLEJ MAWAR!! gahh!) tomorrow. TOMORROW!!! so fast!!! it's just too horrible to comprehend. i feel like i didn't do shit during the holidays. which is actually, come to think of it, really the point of the holidays. but STILL! i didn't have enough fun :/:/ i feel like i wasted too much potential fun time :S

and just thinking about painting remake bags in a small enclosed area with 3 other roommates (im just gonna say sorry in advance to my future roommates for having to breath in the horrible paint fumes :/) watching me paint makes me wanna cringe. and i dont even have Ainaa to help me with the outline anymore so all my bags would probably look ugly and will all have uneven lines. gahh!!

and just thinking about waking up early tomorrow for the god-knows-why-they-made-it-so-goddamn-early registration makes me wanna pull all my hair out. i havn't woken up early (or slept early) in weeks!! :/ how the hell am i gonna manage waking up as early as 6.30am tomorrow? i'll probably look like shit cause i'll definitely oversleep, won't have enough time to get ready and would look like a panda on crack from the lack of sleep.

and i still have no idea if i'll be able to skip the activities on the weekend to go out. O_O

and fuck. to think i'll have to start learning again after not doing anything for over 2 months makes me just wanna puke. my only consolation is that, at least now...

is actually very simple. on account of the fact that, when i escape (LOL!), it's not like anyone can actually force me to stay :/ and it's not like they check all the rooms. but even if i were caught. i could spew something on the lines of family problems, personal stuff, my cat died, im just some kakak dropping off her adik or...well. maybe just forgetting to bring my toothbrush? O_O

nevertheless, whatever it is i came up with on the spot, im sure they'll let me go :):)

but even if they don't and i was forced to go back for that stupid induction thing (which is god knows what! what exactly are we going to do anyways? it's not like we NEED an orientation), i will then feign interest to go to the loo, and escape unnoticed!! wahahahahahahaha!

however. now that i have recruits (lol. other fellow crazy shopaholics up for the ride), i will think of the other minor details later. but 'till later, the plan shall stay. *cue evil laugh*

anyways. the bazaar ends at 8.30pm so im pretty sure we can escape (one way or another) before it ends :D:D woot!!

on a completely different note though, i found something very disturbing today. visited this person's blog at random and realized that this person had sorta plagiarized me. how do i know it's plagiarism you say? because im pretty sure noone else would think of something so random and weird about something so coincidentally the same.

just came back from hulu langat (a.k.a kebun) today and im so relieved!

i did practically nothing there. i never wasted so much time in my life before. the atmosphere there was just so lazy and relaxing, it was sleep inducing! and boy! did i sleep :/:/ i actually brought along all my stuff to finish painting a couple of remake orders, but the lure of sleep and hulu langat-ness was just so strong, i ended up not doing anything at all. just eating and sleeping all day. and now i have a headache. gahh!

it's probably from the indigestion im having from eating too much fruits and my newfound erratic sleeping patterns. O_O

dah la i missed the most fun and probably the only awesome debate practice ever held :/

goshh...i freakin hate hulu langat. it's so bad for my health and not to mention, my mental well being. O.O

anywhoosers!! i cannot bear looking at any more online shops because i have to save up! due to the fact that i am currently broke. and i really really need money for the upcoming bazaar on the 4th of July. it looks very promising and a lot of my fav online stores are going to be there. so the only thing keeping me from spending my money (on loads of useless shit that i'll probably never wear anyways), is the idea that; if i just wait a little longer, i wouldn't have to pay for postage when i get the same thing at the bazaar! wooooot!! :D

is actually a lot different then how i remembered it. (LOL!) 'cause it's been, like, YEARS since i last went there. but only because it has always been just OU or KLCC for me. and midvalley is actually great! not how i last remembered it of course. XD

spent like an hour and a half waiting for alicia to arrive today. but for once, i wasn't annoyed or pissed at some other person's tardiness cause i was literally exploring the 'newly discovered' mall. everything sorta felt.. well. new. LOL! x) i literally walked aimlessly for an hour staring in awe at all the new shops! (the fact that MNG was having a sale helped as well! XD) and when alicia finally called and asked where i was and where she wanted to meet me, i didn't know how to answer. i literally had no idea where i was and where she was telling me to meet her. i had to ask random strangers for directions cause i couldn't find the directory OR the service counter either. how duhhh am i? :/

anyways! shopped a lot today. again. O_O i even got 2 pairs of skinny jeans. in purple AND red!! whoooo. XDXD trying to make a statement yo! XD and i love it sososo much.
next time im gonna try to find one in hot pink! HAHAHAHAHA.

actually. it's getting to be really annoying and not to mention, burdening. keeping track of orders, costs and cash transfers is bloody infuriating. and for god's sake, if i have to remake one more bag, i'll fucking lose it. O_O im starting to think that the money ain't that worth it after all. haihz....

on a lighter note though, i had shitloads of fun at the ICRC debating tournament last weekend. i learned a lot from tasnim and we had so much fun screwing everyone over with fucked up definitions and incorporating everything with a message to save the whales. lol. because we figured that since we were a development team and were not expected to break, we might as well have loads of fun in the process. also, i learned to keep my anxiety and nervousness in check before i go up to debate. this is because, since Adi is in our team, we thought it would be unfair to let tasnim handle two annoyingly nervous juniors. lol. so...being the bigger person that i am, i let Adi have his fun. XD haha.

oh. and i finally got to re-check my results and was ecstatic to see that it hadn't change. (thank goddd!!!) life's pretty good right about now :)

was, all in all, quite fun because we did a lot more then just debating.
i spent the 1st 2 days debating during the preliminary rounds and amazingly enough, ALL 8 of the UT MARA debate teams broke to the octo finals! :):) it made me feel so proud of my own university (which was, to me, something kinda lame to be proud of. but i was still so proud nonetheless. lol.).

my team, which also consisted of Atiq and Paei was the 4th uitm team that broke that day so we didn't get to move on to the octo finals due to the team cap they had on every university (where only 3 teams from each university can qualify to the next round). but i was really happy that we got that far at all. and the fact that i learned shit loads from the two seniors in my team makes me feel even more grateful. (thanks so much again Atiq! you're so awesome! :D:D) what's even more amazing was the fact that all our 3 teams that broke into the octos broke to the quarters and semis as well.

however, in the end, our first team still lost to IIU during the finals.
although this is true, i think they lost in complete style and were as funny and entertaining as ever. so none of us were really bitter at the end of the day :):)

other than debating during arau open, they also brought us to padang besar and gua kelam. it was amazing to see how much fun we could have at the sungai area in gua kelam. everyone was going crazy and jumping around in the water like a couple of mad monkeys! i was even one of them (although my movements were sort of limited due to the fact that i didn't bring a change of clothes. LOL.)!

we were so tired of carrying our bags, we put them on our heads instead. LOL!

and during the 2 days off we had after arau open and before the selections for Australs, we went to Langkawi. all on our own! it was something we decided to do out of sheer spontaneity! we just saw a sign that said "Feri to Langkawi" one day and thought it would be great fun to go. we only left at 1 pm though because it was raining all morning (we almost didn't go because of the continuous rain). we then crammed 8 girls into Farass's MyVi (it was pretty uncomfortable) and was dropped off at the jetty in kuala perlis (thanks so much Farass btw. you're awesome). we then ate lunch and took a 45 minute feri trip to langkawi. there, we rented 2 cars, confirmed our booking at an affordable motel and went on our way to Langkawi's famous cable car feature. there, we were amazed by the view and were even doubly enchanted by the beautiful sunset. the weather was cool and it put everyone in a very good mood :):) we then headed back to the motel to check in and quickly had our dinner at a nearby seafood restaurant (the food was amazing!! but what was even more amazing was the fact that we finished every single plate and that the food was so cheap!). then we spent the whole night shopping our asses off. everything, from chocolates to beach dresses were so freakishly cheap! by the time we rached back to our room at 12.30 am, we all realized that we bought wayyyyyyyyyyy too many unneeded stuff.

but we all loved what we bought in the end anyways :):)

the next day, we spent the whole morning on the beach. just chilling on the sand, basking in the sun and going crazy with the waves. Mai even lost he specs!! lol. we spent a lot of time looking for it afterwards but to no avail. so in the end, Mai had to buy a pair of contacts at the jeti. haha. and i think she looks wayyy better with the contacts instead, though she'll never admit it. XD

yeahh. we realized we bought wayyyyyyyy tooo much stuff. XD

yeah. we were pretty hungry. x)

on the way back to the jetty to catch our ferry, our stupid rental car broke down and we spent an entire hour trying to fix it. everyone around us were soo unhelpful but we managed to get it up and running in the end before our ferri left. thank godd!!!

so all in all, langkawi was pretty awesome :D:D

lastly, before we all headed back home, they held the selections for Australs in uitm arau for 2 days. i only broke to the finals but was never chosen in the end but im glad i was given the opportunity in the first place. the selections was soooo competetive but everyone was sort of happy with the ones who got chosen in the end. and i do honestly believe that they are all deserving. so hopefully, we get some results at Australs :):)

so. all in all, it was an awesome tournament plus holiday plus selections.
and because i am now back and was able to rest and finally set up my own blogshop, i'm pretty content :D

life is pretty good right about now :):)

endured another 10 hour trip back to shah alam from arau today.

so yeahhhh. i just found out that i am going to 'arau open' tomorrow untill the 2nd. so i am trying my best to fit all of my clothes into one bag. but i failed. so now im using this huge-ass pink and purple (i know. weirdest colour combination ryte?) bag which just, looks... well. dumb. but my mum asked me to use it and it's the only bag that can fit all my stuff. so i kinda HAVE to use it. even though it makes me look like a fucking tourist.

so i might not be blogging for a while. also, im gonna miss my sister's play because of this debate tournament, so i hope this thing is worth it. and im hoping it would be shitloads of fun. x) though, i dont see why it has to be so long (1 week??!!).

oh. and im gonna be the 3rd speaker for this tournament which sucks because i've never been a 3rd speaker before. so im really hoping for the best or that some kind of miracle might happen because heck! i need one right about now. especially since it's gonna be in Australs style and i've never done the Australs style of debating before so im probably screwed there too. i mean it's bad enough to try and talk for about 7 minutes, now i have to do it in 8 minutes and i cant even waste time on POIs because there will be none. so basically, im doubly screwed. O_O

so i just wanna say sorry to my debating seniors in advance for any of my misgivings that might, no wait, WILL ensue in the course of me debating in Arau. and shit laa. it sucks that mai is not my partner anymore so i shall not have my emotional support system (lol!) when i get freaked out or anxiously nervous during prep time.

so i was at the Curve yesterday eating lunch with Mai, when Yaya suddenly called me up.

yaya: hey! omg. have you checked ur results?
ain: wtf? its out? for real? huh? when?
yaya: yeah. apparently it is. go check laa.
ain: omg. okay. but im outsideee. so how did you do?
(btw. congrats yaya, im so proud of you! :D u did great!)

so after the call, i kinda freaked out. i sooo badly wanted to check how much i got but had no means to do it. and we were trying desperately to recall any cyber cafes that we know of nearby (which we didn't). then i remembered that my hp could access the internet (lol. duhhhh ryte?) so thats when i checked my results.

and i was like WTF???!!!

it was surreal. i was soo shocked. but i couldn't stop smiling. i was just soo happy. all the late nights and flash cards paid off in the end. so thanks so much to everyone who helped me get this grade and tolerated my weird ass panicky, anxiety filled, pre-exam moments. you guys rock. seriously. especially fyza and mai. sorry for always acting up and being weird right before AND after a test (it's the stress!! lol.).

so after the initial shock, mai also used my phone to check hers too and she did sooo awesome as well. so we both decided to treat ourselves with a little bit of shopping. tee-hee. xD (what an excuse to waste money eh?)

so then we decided to go back early cause we had a sleepover planned later in the evening for Fyza's birthday and that was when mai realized she actually left her car keys in the car. but what was worse was the fact that she didn't even off the engine and since the car had to be manually locked, she didn't realize she left the keys in the car. so basically, we were stuck outside her car waiting for her dad to arrive while her engine had been running for the last 2 and a half hours. it was funny. her dad then came in and got the lock to open using this handy trick with what looked like a metal rod with a hook. we then proceeded to get lost somewhere in kerinchi and got stuck in a massive jam on the way home. yeah. it was not the best of days. O_O

but all in all, it still turned out to be great fun because the sleepover was awesome and i was still in a good mood as i was extremely content with my results (although i am a bit disturbed by the fact that i couldn't re-check the results on my laptop at home. hopefully, it does not change!! :):)). poor fyza though. she didn't check hers on time so she doesn't know her results. but im sure you did great laa babe! so dont worry too much! :D:D

and i know a lot of people did so much better for this sem then the last so i just wanna say congrats you guys! and once again, happy birthday fyza! :) ur so olddd now!! XD

to tell you the truth, im not generally a big fan of vegetables.

i absolutely loath eating vegetables.

i detest how it looks and i hate how crunchy and delicious it sounds when people chew on it because it makes you want to eat it even though it's a huge lie!!

vegetables are not at all delicious or crunchy!! in fact, its usually soggy and bitter. so naturally, being a normal person who hates bitter and soggy things; i hate vegetables.

but vegetarian meat is a completely different thing alltogether. it's actually kinda yummy and it tastes almost like the real thing; except that the texture is different. the fake meat (which is made out of soy beans) is a bit more tough and dry. but hell, other then that, it tastes exactly the same! i was so amazed. lol.

before this, i never actually knew how vegetarians could live without eating meat. i mean, REALLY. how do they SURVIVEEE??!!! :S but now i know... they have this!:

on another note, i went to watch 'i love you, man' today with aiman. and i was expecting it to be hillarious since it's starring both Paul Rudd and Jason Segel (can we say 40 year old virgin and forgetting sarah marshall? lol.) and had rave reviews. oh. and also, Fyza said it was damn funny.

so yeah, i was expecting a lot before i watched it today.
but i was hugely dissapointed, as once again, the fucked up Malaysian censorship system comes in as a killjoy and sucks the fun out of everything by literally censoring EVERYTHING.

especially the cuss words. bloody hell. i think they cut out certain snippets of conversations in the movie like a GAZILLION times because the cast swore so much. which was a shame because the cussing was supposed to be the best bits. it was what made the movie hugely entertaining. because, essentially, the movie was SUPPOSED to be filled with rude jokes and crude remarks about stupid things. but all i got was cut-off sentences and confusing jokes that made me go like, 'wtf is he talking about?' cause everything interesting was freakin' censored.

i dont get why you have to rate the goddamn movie as 18SG if you're going to cut out everything fun anyways. you might as well just make it a U rated movie. or better yet, leave it as 18SG and don't cut anything at all.

although....., despite the huge amount of censoring done on this movie, it was STILL relatively funny (thank god!) so i shall recommend people to watch this movie but NOT in the cinemas. go buy the DVD or something and make sure it is uncut because then you'll know you're getting ur money's worth. x)

it happened so fast. and i completely let it happen.

it feels kinda weird. to SORTA steal something that is. because i would like to very much think of myself as a nice person. generally speaking of course. no one is truly GENUINELY nice. well. not anyone that i know of that is.

so anyways. it happened when i was at the Big Bad Book Sale (yes. im not kidding. that was what the sale was called). Mama was queuing up to pay for the books that we chose while i quickly wander around the area frantically looking for any last minute books that interest me.

and that’s when i saw it. Cornelia Funke’s trilogy that included the books; Inkheart, Inkspell AND Inkdeath on paperback! i’ve read the first two books already and had always wanted to read the last one but could never afford to buy it cause they still havn’t released the friggin paperback version of the book.

so, excitedly, i picked up the book and almost foamed in the mouth when i saw the price.

it was only 15 RINGGIT!! that was INSANELY cheap! the book ‘Inkdeath’ alone, was still selling for about 70 bucks in normal bookstores as it was still only available on hard cover. so i quickly took it and showed it to mama. she agreed to let me have it (even though i already had the first two books at home and had already chose shitloads of books before) and i was ecstatic. until i saw a dent in the cover of the book that is.

so naturally, being the cheapskate that i was, i went to the place where i found it in hopes of finding a better copy.

there was none. i had the last copy in my hands.

and instead, i saw this woman staring pointedly at the book i was holding. i looked at her and she narrowed her eyes at me and i was like “What the hell is her problem?”; until i saw that she was carrying the box of books where i previously found the said book from. realization dawned on me like the mothafucker that i was.

the box which i THOUGHT was actually meant for customers to choose their books from was actually her box of books that she collected. because APPARENTLY, during the sale, you could take boxes which were not used and utilize them to carry the books of your own choosing.

she started walking towards me and the only thought that flashed through my mind was, “who the hell asked you to leave your box of books conspicuously unattended bitch?”. but since i was a coward, i didn’t actually say any of those things and quickly turned, walked as far as away as i could from her quickly and pretended to look at some books because, fuck, i wanted the book sooo badly and i was sooo not willing to give it up any time soon.

i was so scared that she would come after me and confront me because hell, i was a horrible liar but i forced myself to look back anyways and saw her heading towards the opposite direction. Phew! but guilt was a bitch and now i was like, should i return it or should i quickly run back to mama (who by now may be wondering where the heck did i go off to) with the book?

So because i was a scumbag, i kept the book, quickly went to mama, paid for it, got back into the car and drove home feeling like a naughty naughty girl. Even though, TECHNICALLY, i didn’t really steal anything cause she didn’t actually paid for it yet.

But STILL. The memory of not returning the book to her is now permanently etched in my mind forver.

Talk about being stupidly obsessed over one dumb incident huh? Lol.

PS: btw, for those book lovers out there, this warehouse book sale is seriously awesome. Better then both the times and mph warehouse book sale held recently. I seriously SERIOUSLY recommend people to go there to get good bargain for books. Most of the books are going at rm8 each, regardless of whether or not they were bestsellers or merely self-help books. I almost went cross-eyed trying to get as many interesting book titles as i could. It was seriously THAT cheap. X)

is a genius.

i finally got to watch the movie, 'angels and demons' this afternoon with my mom (another dan brown fan) and my sister (well. she just wanted to come even when we told her explicitly that it was 18SG). She was terrified and confused throughout the whole movie. lol.

so anyways. i dont want to spoil the movie for any dan brown fans out there but let's just say that it was wayyy better then the da vinci code. and i was soooo glad that Tom Hanks FINALLY changed his horrendous hairdo for this movie. in the last one, he looked like a rockstar wannabe. eww.

so yeahhh...i've always preferred angels and demons (which was originally the first book BEFORE the davinci code not the other way round btw) over the da vinci code and my expectations for this movie were fulfilled. Although, they did cut huge chunks of the book in the movie leaving out some stuff which made the movie a bit confusing.

BUT, it was still interesting in the end so i highly recommend this movie for those of you who havn't read the book and for those who have, i don't think you'll be disappointed :):)

sorry guys. havn't been updating for quite a while 'cause there's no internet on the cruise or in Italy in general. well there was, but it's not free. freakin 4 euros for 10 MINUTES ONLY!! crazy!! that's like 20 ringgit for only 10 minutes online. But i do admit that i did use it once to re-check my results. lol. it was for something really important so it was worth it.

anyways! am in Dubai airport (again!) right now waiting for the transit flight back to KL. just came back from a 6 hour flight from Rome. am so tired and jetlagged. its about 1am here in Dubai and my flight's at 3am. freakin hell knackered.

will update soon about the trip when i get back and get some friggin sleep at home. for now, i need to eat some meat. i have been deprived of halal meat for 2 weeks as well as any form of spicy eastern food. so i want, no, NEED to EATTTT!!!!

lol. woot! there's wifi here in the lounge in dubai! so yeahh..i can blog. hahahaha.

anyways. i just came back from a 6 hour flight from KL and it was definitely NOT pleasant. i have a massive headache right now and i just feel like a cow has pissed on my face or something. cause i feel THAT horrible. O_O

we left KL at 2am and i barely got a wink of sleep on the plane. usually, i'll be excitedly skimming through the movie channels on the in-flight entertainment feature but today, i just felt soooo tired. and emirates' in-flight entertainment feature was not as good as the one on MAS. it was pretty sucky actually. the seats sucked too. the TV screen was attached to the back side of the front passenger's seat so when the passenger wants to sleep and push their chair back, you had to move the TV screen at a certain angle to get a good view. it was pretty annoying. O_O

when i finally got into an awkward fetal position to sleep and i started to dream this wonderful dream that i have blissfully forgotten about, the steward came and woke me up for breakfast. i nearly went rabid and was tempted to bite his head off. i was just so annoyed and sleepy. but i ate a bit of the breakfast anyways because i was hungry. lol. and then i watched some tv, slept a bit more and before i know it, i was already in dubai, typing away on my laptop while eating a pastry. lol.

when we reached the lounge at dubai, i was utterly amazed...this place was huuuuuuuuuggggeeeee. it spanned the whole length of the new wing of the airport and is almost the size of a football field in terms of length. there's a whole bloody floor dedicated to this lounge. it even has its own map AND directory because its just so damn big. and the scariest part is that this hugggeee place is sooo busy with people. there's just sooo many people. AT 6 AM IN THE MORNING!!! we even had trouble finding seats even though it's so huge. and there was just so many types of sitting areas in this lounge; and all of them different. it's so damn cool. the last time i've been here, this place was still under construction (this was two years ago by the way) so this place is super new and super pretty. the seats that i'm sitting on right now literally has a virtual table; as in, touch screen! its like a kiosk; filled with information and fun. you could play with the world map and find out information on each and every one of the countries in the world (KL is on the map too!! LOL! they even featured masjid jamek. hahahaha) as well as watch trailers, play games and EVEN colour postcards and send it to your friends' via email. and this is not even the coolest part. the coolest part is that they have a special corner dedicated for people who want to play xbox games. so cooool!! there's even a place for the kids to hang out and play the xbox too. there's also a spa and the bathrooms are super duper pretty. my mum just went to take a shower. LOL. anyways. words can't describe how amazingly AMAZING this place is, so i shall now post pictures!! wheeeee!! lol.

i'm not actually going to rome for a holiday.
im just dropping by there for a bit before flying to genoa, italy.
just to make it clearer, here is the 411;

am leaving tonight at about 2am to Rome. Using emirates airlines. we're stopping in dubai for a while on the way.
in rome, we're taking another flight to genoa, italy and we're staying there for a night.
the next day, we're then going to be taking a bus to the main port to board the MSC Mediterranean cruise ship
on the cruise, we're visiting several other places, namely, katakolon (greece), piraeus (greece), rhodes (greece), alexandria (egypt), limassol (cyprus), marmaris (turkey), heraklion (crete) and naples (italy).
and then we'll cruise back to genoa, fly back to rome. stay in rome for 2 nights. and then come directly back to KL.
am probably gonna be back by the 2nd or 3rd of jan. can't remember. lol.

so yeahh. that's about it. am trying to finish packing up my stuff now. i actually just woke up at around 12-ish pm. so am in a bit of a rush now. so yeahhh...after this im not gonna be facebooking or blogging in a while. but ill take lots of pictures and blog about it later.

went out with sri kdu-ian friends today. havn't met most of them in like, months! 2 of them i hav'nt met in a year! so it felt really good to finally meet up with all of them and just hang out. we also went to watch the movie, 'body of lies' which was DEFINITELY a hugeeee mistake! shud have watched doraemon or something. O_O cause B.O.L was grossly violent, sad and basically just un-happy-fying. it's downright depressing in fact. it's also pretty boring and really puts the islamic religion in a bad light; at its worst, in other words. in fact, brian slept after 30 mins through the movie. we tried to wake him up by poking him and hitting him with our bottles but he didn't wake up. O_O it was weird. shortly after, alicia fell asleep too. lol! in fact. the only thing that kept me awake was the constant jarring noise emitted from gun shots and tortured screams as well as annoying shouts. ugh. hated that movie. but i like the quote though; cause its totally true...fucking movie has scarred me!! thats why i effing stick to disney movies. fuck laa..

went to the human rights bar council debate today at KDU college to watch the senior debaters debate. thought it'll be a good idea to learn from the pros and watch them in action and all. the thing that i totally overlooked was the fact that there would only be me, mai and wan as juniors debaters. so the moment we got there, it became SOOO AWKWARDDD. like super duper awkward. like standing naked in a room full of ur closest friends and family members kinda awkward. yeah. that's how i felt. naked. utterly naked. (but of course i wasnt actually, LITERALLY naked) i felt so imposing. at least wan had friends there. me and mai just felt so out of place. everyone had they're own gang and stuff and we had no one. no one. and im already socially awkward and weird as it is, so trying to make friends there was like a bitch. it just couldn't be done. and we were too chicken to talk to the seniors. they were just so high and mighty and so busy with their own stuff. it was utter torture. so after the first round, we decided to leave. went to ou with mai and wan. wan drove us there. but he had to leave after lunch so it was just me and mai. then i had to leave an hour later so it was just mai. lol. but she loves shopping alone anyways :D

btw. i bought a prepaid topup today for cherrycredits. it's points to buy stuff on the game, trickster. yes. i am THAT obsessed with it. i have ultimately hit a new time low, with all the sales going on, the only thing i bought was this stupid topup card. how pathethic. O_O

went out to THE MALL today and bought like TONS of snacks for the trip to rome. can't wait for the cruise :) spent around 30 bucks on snacks alone. and the worst part is that i already ate half of the stock just now :(:( curse my lack of self control!! am probably gonna shop for more snacks soon. yuummm :9 can't wait!

packed for the trip a bit today 'cause my mum forced me too. she was busy packing all day. it was unnerving having her packing in the room next to mine; always calling me for errands and asking me to stop playing games on the com. it was truly irritating. o_o

other then packing and shopping, i spent my time playing trickster. (yeah. i know. very geeky ain't it? lol.) i stopped playing when a particular quest kept getting me killed. then i got too pissed off and frustrated to play. after that, to lighten my mood, i opted for some retail therapy by browsing through a number of online boutiques. and now, im happy again :) wheeeee~

TRICKSTER is this online rpg game that is oh-so-very awesome. its like ragnarok. only it's free. i am ~~extremely head over heels obsessed with~~ liking this game a lot. i was actually addicted to it before coming to uitm but i stopped due to the hectic-ness of being a pre-law student. but since i am now free as hell and not to mention bored beyond belief, im starting to play it again. am currently at lvl 90. lol. im such a dork. teehee~ xD

ONLINE SHOPPING is this new thing that i have just discovered and am currently obsessing over. since i love shopping but am too malas to get outta the house, it was a godsend that i had actually stumbled upon an online boutique selling super cool clothes. and then one thing led to another and before i know it, i was already browsing through hundreds (yes. hundreds.) of online boutiques selling all sorts of stuff; from clothes to bags to even stationary. its so awesome. and the best part is that they're all malaysian owned so its super easy for me pay for the items. i just bought a cardigan and am anxiously waiting for it to arrive next week. lol. xD check out the website if u want: http://wardroberehab.blogspot.com

THE PELLINOR SERIES is this fantasy book series written by Allison Croggon. she's an australian writer and an award winning poet. it's just an amazing set of books and i love her writing style 'cause its so beautiful and descriptive. its just awesome to read. i bought the 2nd and 3rd book recently and it has burned a bloody hole in my pocket because it was only available in hard cover not paperback. there were no paperbacks left in borders. and MPH didn't even have the 2nd and 1st book anymore cause its all sold out. so i had to search for it at popular then at borders. but its totally worth it though :) love it!

i am now stuck in pontian, johor and i am LITERALLY dying of boredom.

If boredom doesn't eventually consume me, im sure the heat would. It’s so hot here, and there’s no AC. Feels like hell. With lots of flies. there are flies everywhere. O_O

My grandma’s house is also lacking a proper toilet. Which sucks. The toilet’s outside. Literally. So annoyingly gross. And there’s no malls, cinemas, or any fast food chains. There’s only one mirror in this whole fucking house. And it’s so extremely tiny, it cant even fit my whole face. And there’s no astro, only horrifyingly boring local channels which is always blurred due to bad reception.

On a brighter note though, there’s internet connection :)

But its so fucking slow, its pointless :/

thats how i felt during the debate training today. the seniors were amazingggggg!!! they were so good at presenting their case studies. and yet hafiedz still managed to bring down, insult and comment critically on each and every one of their cases . i was in awe. i felt so incompetent. so insignificant.so stupid. so small. i didn't even understand half the things that they were babbling about during their speeches but i was taken aback by each and everyone of 'em. and i was terrified when people started rebutting and asking questions and taking down each cases as i thought every case was flawless. i am soooooooo inexperienced. the only thing that kept me going; that kept me rooted to the spot and not run away in fear and anxiety is the idea that if i could become half of what the seniors are today, i would already be overly satisfied with myself. and with that in mind, im going to definitely NOT skip debate training tomorrow no matter how scary or nerve wrecking it may be. x) as obama has said,

"yes, we can!" :)

the vc cup for debate is apparently on the 20th and i wont be here on that day. ill be in kelantan to visit my grandma. i would have totally changed the date if i knew earlier. but its wayy too late to change it now. my mum already bought the plane tickets. and its from air asia so a change in tickets or dates is an absolute no-no. >.>;

so i just missed the selections and now im gonna miss the vc cup as well. sucks like hell. haihz... and the vc cup is apparently loads of funn :(:(:( oh well. i guess i have to work extra hard to be a better debater since im gonna miss this competition as well. and i dont even know how im gonna tell hafiedz about my absence this time. he was already superbly annoyed about the fact that i missed the selections. i am now stuck at 'kebun'*, so i cant go for the debating selections on sunday. hafiedz is going to kill me. am so super scared to call him up and tell him i cant go. he'll totally interrogate me and shit. *shivers!*

although this is true...secretly, i am a teensy bit relieved that i am not going cause ill probably pee in my pants against those debating seniors. but it sucks that i would lose out on the experience of competing against awesome debaters.

on a lighter note though. i got to go to nora's house today before going to kebun. it was fun hanging out with her after so long. it was my first time playing guitar hero and i absolutely sucked! but it was fun anyways x) and then we watched this tv series about batman and catwoman's daughter whereby she fights crime and shit. (i didnt even know batman and catwoman hooked up. so weird...O_O) it was pretty interesting. lots of girl power involved. after that, we watched russell peters on her computer and i swear to god, he is definitely, to me, one of the funniest guys in the world. hilarious! had me laughing for the whole hour he was talking! :D

interesting thing number 1:

my room is officially a mess

my siblings turned my room into what they like to call, a 'camp house'. they messed up all my pillows and blankets to make several, so called, "base camps" on the floor. it was absolute chaos and not to mention horribly messy. i didnt realize what they were doing until i woke up from their constant screaming and laughing. (yes. i am THAT deep of a sleeper) i swear to god, one day i'll tie those brats up and lock 'em in the cupboard or something.
but i wont of course! cause i love them to death! :)

interesting thing number 2:

eyeshield 21 rocks!

i finished reading all of my eyeshield 21 comics today. yay!! now im just disappointed that i have to wait a while before the next chapter comes out :(:( oh well!! its totally worth it though! :D i tried watching gossip girl online but failed cause my internet connection is so fucked up today. O_O so ive just been looking thru some blog layouts on the net. am still wondering whether i should change this layout or not. hmmmmm...

karl shern called me today. and it was just so good to finally hear from him. and he was so nice and funny to talk to on the phone. i laughed my head off on a lot of occasions during the phone call. totally miss him weii. hopefully we get to meet up before he leaves to go back to singapore. speaking of old best friends, i also had a little chat with nora. hopefully, i get to go to her house tomorrow and watch some anime! cant wait!! :D lol. oh. and i talked to the debating guy from yesterday for a bit and i found out that he likes eyeshield 21 and one piece too!! amazing! so cool! havnt met anyone who actually even knew what eyeshield 21 was. lol. XD its quite refreshing actually :)

My first ever proper blog post since..well...ever! lol. so anyways. lets get started shall we? :)

so the day started out fine. surprisingly, i woke up pretty late; well, for my standards at least. x) anyways, it was only at 11.30 did i woke up and i only bathed at around 1pm (on account that i spent an hour rolling around on my bed trying to get back to sleep). aint that gross? teehee!

ever since i came back from the hostel, ive been pretty much lazy-er then usual. i cant believe that this was even possible but apparently, it was. im spending my whole day, cooped up in the room reading dorky manga series and watching even dorky-er anime shows. (yesh. i am an anime fan, so sue me) i only leave my bed for food and to bathe. i literally look like a crazy animal on steroids. i am a serious mess right now. and i stopped looking in the mirror a while back. it just got too depressing and not to mention, horrifying! O_O

anyways!!!! other then the fact that i am now grossly disgusting looking, i just made a friend thru facebook. he's on the debating team in uitm, perlis, and he's actually really nice to talk to. really friendly too. but in a good way. not in the perverted type of 'friendly' way. lol. X)

well. other than that, nothing spectacular happened today. O.O

oh wait! another highlight of the day was when i went to pizzahut to eat with my family. havn't been there in like a year kut. its been THAT long apparently. still tasted yummy though. so lunch was good. well. so was dinner. had lamb and rice. yummmmmmmmm :9

erm.

ermmmm.

since i promised to stick with this blog..i am gonna type this post even if nothing really happened today. which is sadddd because it reflects on how my life is really THAT pathetic.

anyways!

today started out with me rotting in kebun cause i was THAT bored and jobless. i woke up and the first thing i did was play trickster on my laptop which is another indication on how sad my life has become.

on the way back from kebun, i dropped my sister off to some party she was invited to along with my youngest sister. it was one of her Islamic school friend's party so she had to wear a tudung... which was awkward for me because i don't wear one. so when we dropped her off, i pretended to be invisible and kept trying to be inconspicuous by lying low and becoming one with the car seat. LOL. it wasn't a pretty sight. i looked like i was constipated and was trying really hard to hold my shit in.

so when mama drove off after dropping them off, i was so relieve to have gotten over that awkward moment. phew!

and the moment i got back home, i played trickster. again. im so jobless. in fact, the only reason im not paying it now is because none of the com's are available to play it. which is even sad-der.

after that..i went to pasar malam with my dad and bro to buy some food and we even dropped by the optical shop to get my "well deserved" contact lenses which my parents promised me cause of my good grades! :) whee! it was rm120 per box which is kinda mahal..BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT! cause ive always wanted to wear them. Lol. anyways..they said it'll be done by tuesday so hopefully it'll turn out okay.

other then that, its business as usual: bath and eat and socialize with family and stuff. you know. the basics.

so yeahh..other then that..nothing else happened. hence, my post title...nothing amazing. cause nothing amazing did happened today. >.<"

anyways..its late now and i still havnt studied for my econs test tomorrow so i better start now.
